How does billing work?
A flat monthly subscription with a usage allowance included. Pick a plan, pay the same amount every month, and use up to your plan's allowance — no surprise charges. Upgrades and downgrades are handled at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my credit allowance?
By default we pause usage when you reach your monthly allowance, so you never get an unexpected bill — wait for your allowance to refresh, or keep going by turning on overage and buying credit packs for exactly what you need. It's opt-in, off by default, and you stay in control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a couple of clicks — your plan stays active through the end of the billing period. After that, your workspace keeps any credits it still has, but no new monthly allowance is added. Your workspace and your data stay put.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is custom — there's no flat $2,000/month price tag. Instead of a fixed subscription, Enterprise is usage-based: a base platform fee plus metered usage, settled at the end of each billing period.
