Fastyr SMS Program
Fastyr SMS is an optional program for people who want text updates about their Fastyr account and AI-agent work. This page explains exactly how consent works.
Messages you may receive
Recurring messages may include account activity, AI-agent updates, approval requests, and support conversations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to opt in
Sign in at app.fastyr.ai, open Settings, choose Notifications, enter your own mobile number, select the separate unchecked SMS consent box, and choose Enable SMS notifications.
An organization administrator cannot consent on behalf of another recipient. Every person receiving Fastyr SMS must complete this authenticated opt-in flow for their own phone number. Fastyr does not offer keyword-based initial enrollment. START is used only to restore messages after a recipient previously opted out.
Settings opt-in example
The consent control is separate from account creation and is unchecked by default. It states: “I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Fastyr regarding account activity, AI-agent updates, approval requests, and support conversations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The gated in-app experience is shown below for carrier review.

Stop messages or get help
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Reply HELP for program help.
- Email support@fastyr.ai for additional assistance.
After opting out, text START, YES, UNSTOP, SUBSCRIBE, or OPTIN to +1 708-742-8633 to restore messages. Twilio replies: “Fastyr SMS is enabled. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.” These keywords restore previously granted consent; they are not an initial enrollment method.
